北朝鮮拉致被害を忘れない　ブルーライトアップ

北朝鮮当局による拉致は、日本の主権に対する侵害であるとともに、重大な人権侵害問題です。
政府が認定した拉致被害者のほかにも、特定失踪者など拉致の可能性を排除できない方々が多数存在します。
この中には、都内に住んでいた方や都内で失踪した方も数多く含まれており、少なくとも50人の消息がいまだにつかめていません。
東京都は「北朝鮮人権侵害問題啓発週間」に合わせ、都庁第一本庁舎を「ブルーリボン」にちなんだ青にライトアップします。
